The Tracer has been specifically
designed as a low cost trace and track device for all types of
commercial vehicles. It's functionality makes it well suited to
fleet management, logistics and security applications.

The Tracer terminal sends data and
status informatiion between assets and the central OmniTRACK
server, allowing users to view their assets' location on a map
through the OmniTRACK website.
Communication is effectively
managed through a GPRS/GSM modem. When the Tracer is without
network coverage the terminal stores all data internally. Up to
500,000 positions can be stored in the memory of the Tracer and
once a network connection has been restored all information in
memory is readily transmitted.
